You need to set the following variables.\n \n\n| Environment Variable | Description |\n| --- | --- |\n| apiKey | Cohesity Cloud Services API Key to make API calls |\n| tenantID | Your Tenant ID. |\n| regionId | Your Region ID. |\n| HeliosEndpoint | Helios Endpoint where you will make API calls |\n\n- There are other collection variables that will be set when you make API calls, like `RegistrationId` etc. These collection variables will be used further during subsequent API calls\n \n\n## Getting Started with Helios APIs\n\n### Get `apiKey` to make API calls\n\nBefore making any API requests, the first step is to generate an `apiKey` from Helios UI. This `apiKey` needs to be passed in the header of the API call to Helios.\n\n#### Steps\n\n- Login to Helios using your username and password.\n- Choose `Protection` > `DataProtect as a Service`\n \n\n\n\n- From left Nav, goto `Settings` >`Access Management`\n \n\n\n\n- From the available tabs, select `API Keys`\n \n\n\n\n- Click on `Add API Key` button\n \n\n\n\n- Give the `apiKey` a name and click the `Save` button\n \n\n\n\nNote: once you navigate to a different page from this page, you won't be able to view the `apiKey` again. So copy and save the `apiKey` Making API calls\n\nThe `Getting Started` workflows has API calls that you will need to make to collect information like your `TenantID` and `RegionID` that will be used in other workflows such as VMware and 0365.\n\n## Contribute\n\nYou can also contribute to this collection by submitting your collections and/or workflows.
